Context:
• There is a group of men who have completed the academy and wish to work in Clamor. They have been participating in classes and training over the years.
• From this group, Paul Soria has a group of men in a city a day and a half away from Lima. He already has an interview date scheduled at the Embassy (this year), so we are giving him the opportunity to continue. His ministry is not official yet because he has not finalized his trip to San Antonio.
• Gilbert Chinchay has helped us maintain a ministry in the Peruvian jungle (which can only be accessed by plane, less than an hour from Lima), where the pastor faced moral issues and had to leave the city. Two years have passed, and we need to evaluate whether we will continue there, as Gilbert’s family is still in Lima. Due to his help, he will be granted permission to start a ministry in Lima.
• We have a pastor named Miguel Rosales, who has been disconnected (he does not attend Sunday services) and is facing family problems. He runs a Home. A conversation with him is pending regarding his actions and the next steps.
